Sign up with your company name and TIN. The platform instantly provisions a dedicated, fully isolated database for your business — no setup required.
Activate your license
The POS requires a license key per workspace. Enter your key in Settings → Licensing to unlock it for your team.
Configure & build your team
Set up company settings, invite staff as Admin, Manager, or Cashier, and configure workspace preferences. Each role has scoped permissions within the workspace only.
Launch your workspace
From your platform dashboard, open your licensed POS. It runs in your isolated workspace — your data, your users, your rules.
How licensing works
Every new workspace starts with a free 2-week trial, activated automatically — no license key to paste, nothing to configure. When your trial ends, the FiscalBooks team activates your license directly on your workspace. Licenses are tied exclusively to one workspace and are never shared. Check your license status any time from your platform dashboard under Settings → Licensing.
